Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Histologically confirmed diagnosis of primary breast carcinoma (current) OR documented history of treated breast carcinoma (including date of diagnosis and treatment summary available in medical records). Physically and mentally able to participate in an interview / complete the questionnaire (self-completed or interviewer-assisted).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No confirmatory documentation for breast cancer diagnosis (no histopathology, unavailable records, or inconclusive diagnosis). Current severe medical, cognitive, or psychiatric condition that prevents reliable participation or informed consent (e.g., severe delirium, advanced dementia). Individuals who decline participation or withdraw consent at any point.
