Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects will be included in the study if they meet all the following criteria: 1. Age more than or equal to 18 years. 2. Healthy individuals with no known chronic illness. 3. No antibiotic use in the past 3 months. 4. Not currently participating in another study. 5. Willing to provide written informed consent (Hindi or English).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects will be deemed ineligible to participate in the study if he/she fulfils any of the following criteria: 1. History of acute or chronic medical illness (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, kidney or liver disease, malignancy). 2. Symptoms related to gastrointestinal disease (e.g., abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, blood in stool). 3. History of antibiotic, antifungal, antiviral, or painkiller use in the past 3 months. 4. Diagnosed chronic gastrointestinal conditions (IBD, IBS, chronic constipation, abdominal tuberculosis). 5. Refusal to provide stool samples or consent.
