Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 years and above Patients who underwent elective or emergency non-cardiac surgery Patients with complete medical records including preoperative data and postoperative outcomes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing cardiac or neurosurgical procedures Patients undergoing minor/day-care surgeries not requiring admission Incomplete or missing data relevant to POSSUM scoring or outcomes Pregnant women (due to altered physiology and outcomes) Re-operations during the same admission (only first procedure included)
