Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with mild to moderate COPD as per GOLD criteria Age group- 40 yr to 65 yr old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: unstable cardiovascular conditions cognitive impairment Recent abdomino-thoracic surgery Hemodynamically unstable patient Diabetes mellitus Those having psychological issues
