Inclusion criteria: At least one episode of swelling, pain or tenderness in a peripheral joint or bursa

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of malignancy, CVD, Endocrinal disorders, hepatic disorders, Pregnant and lactating females, and any other conditions that may jeopardize the study
