Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: per vaginal white discharge with vulval itching as associated synptoms with healthy cervix

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 vaginal secretions because of existing disease like polyp bartholin abscess malignant conditions etc 2 HIV HBSAG VDRL Positive patient 3 All pregnant women
