Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient of either gender having age equal and more than 18yrs and equal to and less than 60yrs Patient having confirm diagnosis of chronic renal failure due to varied etiology for last 3 month duration Patients with GFR level equal to and less than 60 ml per min per 1.73 meters square and persistent (present for more than 3 months) Patients have creatinine value more than normal range in male and female( i.e. more than 1.2 mg per dL in females, more than 1.4 mg per dL in males).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known case of AIDS Patient of hepato-renal insufficiency or renal insufficiency due to hemodynamic circulatory disorder and CCF History of kidney transplant Known case of Neoplasm of kidney Uncontrolled DM 2 (HbA1c greater 7%, FBS greater than 140 mg/dl and PPBS greater than 200 mg per dl) and Uncontrolled HTN (Blood Pressure greater than 140/90 mm of Hg) Female patient having risky pregnancy Uncontrolled arrhythmia or severe cardiac disease Associated with any other serious systemic disease or complications, which leads to fatal complications will be excluded.
