Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female Age group between 18 to 30 Recreational volleyball players Those who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current injuries affecting shoulder and back Elite player History of severe neurological deficit Medical condition (Eg . Cardiovascular issue, uncontrolled asthma). Individuals who are unable or unwilling to commit to the full duration of the training program.
