Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged between 40 to 70 years Clinically diagnosed with diabetes mellitus for duration of more than 5 years Able to walk independently Normal cognitive function

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy History of clinical diagnosis of peripheral arterial disease with critical limb ischemia Foot ulcers infections or recent lower limb surgeries in past 6 months Presence of musculoskeletal conditions affecting gait or lower limb function
