Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cognitive impairement MMSE score 15 to 25 Upper Extremity fugel mayer score less than or equal to 20 Lower Extremity fugel mayer score less than or equal to 20

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not giving consent History of seizures Acute hemorrhagic stroke uncontrolled hypertension aneurysms open cranial wounds Pregnancy or implanted cardiac devices due to electromagnetic field interaction risk Visual or hearing impairments that preclude safe participation
