Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Major surgies requiring CVP measurement under GA ASA I II III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiac disorders (cardiac pathology, pulmonary hypertension) Obese patients (body mass index more than 35) Severe Traumatic injury Shock Severe Hepatorenal disease Pulmonary hypertension and severe pulmonary diseases

1.To measure CVP in preoperative (Before fluid, After fluid) , After giving GA, At the end of surgery and to measure Common carotid artery diameter, Internal jugular vein diameter and the ratio of both. 2.To evaluate correlation between CVP and Diameters of common carotid artery, Internal jugular vein and their ratio.Timepoint: Pre operatively Intra operatively Post Operatively
