Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age between 20 - 30 years 2 Presenting with symptoms of SAD 3 Willing to participate and provide informed consent 4 Able to attend follow-ups

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 People with Known case of psychosis, severe depression and bipolar disorder 2 People with history of substance abuse. 3 Pregnant or lactating women 4 People unwilling or unable to attend follow-ups 5 Those on new psychiatric medications started within the last 8 weeks
