Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having elevated blood pressure along with clinical symptoms mentioned in the Ayurveda & western medical science. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of Primary Hypertension. CATEGORY. SYSTOLIC(mm of Hg) DIASTOLIC(mm of Hg) Pre hypertensive. 120-140. 80-90 Hypertension stage 1 140-160. 90-100 Hypertension stage 2. 160+. 100+ Hypertension stage 3. 180+. 110+

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe grade of Hypertension [ Systolic greater than 200mmhg & Diastolic greater than 120mmhg Patients with serious systemic illness like Chronic Kidney Disease, Cirrhosis of liver, Leukemia, Myocardial Infarction. Patients with multiple comorbidities. Pre diagnosed case of systemic disorders like RA, SLE, etc. Patient with malignancy. Atikarshan [malnourished or poorly nourished] conditions. Chronic alcoholics and smokers. Pre diagnosed patients of Psychiatric disorders and currently taking antidepressant medications.
