Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged between 18-60 years, Diagnosed with functional constipation according to ROME IV criteria and present to physical Therapy. Patients BMI ranging from 18.5 to 40, and above. Patients with mixed dietary habits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological disorders Psychiatric disorders Recent gastrointestinal surgeries Pregnancy or breastfeeding women Severe medical conditions such as uncontrolled diabetes, severe cardiovascular diseases or any other diseases that could compromise safety or participation in study Noncompliance- individuals who are unable or unwilling to comply with study protocol or follow-up requirements
