Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical Status I-II Schedule For Elective Surgery Under General Anaesthesia With AFOI Informed Written Consent

Exclusion criteria: Patient Unwilling To Participate Nasal Obstruction Polyps Bleeding Disorders Allergy To Lidocaine Or Dexmedetomidine Pregnant Women
