Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-healing trophic ulcer of more than 6 weeks Duration taking conventional forms of therapy Ulcer size of 1 multiply 1 cm to 5 multiply 5 cm and age 18 to 80years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with malignant ulcers Patients with uncontrolled diabetes HbA1c level more than 7 blood glucose level 180 ml per dl or higher History of bleeding disorder on anticoagulant or corticosteroid therapy Pregnant and lactating female
