Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals willing to participate. Healthy volunteers of either sex. Individuals who are ready to stop regular tea or coffee for the duration of 7 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals on chronic medication. Individuals with altered taste perception.
