Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted with a diagnosis of acute heart failure or acute myocardial infarction undergoing revascularization. 2. Age more than 18 years. 3. Either gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are bed bound. 2. Individuals who are unable to converse in a sensible or rationale manner (i.e., not confused and incoherent)
