Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of both gender age between 30-60 years with radiographic finding (X RAY in last 12 months)grade 2 or above in kellgren and Lawrence radiographic classification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient with bleeding disorder post operative cases pregnant women rheumatoid athritis patient gross deformity.
