Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with clinical signs and symptoms of anal fissure. 2) Subjects diagnosed with chronic anal fissure by digital examination and assessed by REALISE score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Subjects with comorbidities 2) Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 3)Subjects who are taking other system treatment 4) Immune compromised individuals 5)Autoimmune disease, IBD, malignant or chronic infectious disease, Grade I-IV internal hemorrhoids.

MeasureTime frame
Outcome of both groups will be assessed based on pre and post treatment within the given study time period, using realise score. 1)Improved Subjects who show improvement in sign and symptoms of chronic anal fissure with realise score between 4-10. 2)Not improved Subjects who show no improvement in sign and symptoms of chronic anal fissure with realise score between10-30. Timepoint: Base line (0Days) and last follow up (120 Days) Clinical follow up visit will be conducted once in 15 days for 4 months. REALISE Score assessment will be done at baseline and at the end of 4 months.
