Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To assess the concordance between radiologic suspicion of perinephric spread on preoperative CT and actual perinephric invasion observed intraoperatively or on histopathology in children (below 15 years) with newly diagnosed unilateral Wilms tumor.Timepoint: Before and during surgery | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1.To determine the diagnostic accuracy of specific CT features (lobulations, indistinct margins, capsular breach) for predicting pathologic perinephric involvement. 2.To assess the relationship between pathologic proven perinephric spread with risk factors such as tumor size, laterality, or histological subtype. Timepoint: Before and post surgery | — |
