Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adolescents age 10 to 19 years, both gender with more than 3 hours per day of recreational screen time. 2.Parental and guardian consent and participant assent obtained. 3.Physically and cognitively able to participate in digital tasks. 4.Able to independently use digital devices like tablet, smartphone, computer. 5.Proficient in English language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent musculoskeletal injury within the past 3 months. 2.Recent brain injury, including concussion within the past 6 months. 3.Inability to complete digital tasks due to cognitive, sensory, or motor limitations.
