Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Quadriceps muscle strength measured using dynamometry to assess improvement in neuromuscular activation and functional recovery following hydrotherapy and NMES interventions.Timepoint: 4-6 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Knee pain, range of motion, balance, functional performance, and patient-reported outcomes to evaluate overall rehabilitation progress after ACL reconstruction.Timepoint: 4-6 weeks
