Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married women aged between 18 to 45 years from female Patients presented with vaginal discharge, with or without associated vaginal discomfort, pruritus and burning sensation Patients who give consent to participate and sign written informed consent and follow the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and unmarried women. patients who have taken antibiotics or antifungals in past 1 week. patients with IUCD/proven foreign body. patients with predisposing factors like diabetes/immunosuppression. Women with c/o bleeding p/v.
