Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 45-55 years or women who complete the 12-month period of amenorrhea STRAW criteria: Stage 1+ and 2+ Not undergoing hormone replacement therapy Participants passing PAR-Q+ criteria BMI between 18.5 to 29.9 kg/m2 (WHO Asia classification Normal and overweight)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to communicate Not willing to participate Those who are doing regular physical exercise
