Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women undergoing first FET (self and donor) Embryo quality: Day3 (Grade1/2) embryo; good quality blastocyst.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with history of recurrent miscarriages. Uncorrected uterine diseases such as polyps, fibroid, adenomyosis, severe endometriosis, previously diagnosed congenital uterine anomalies or presence of hydrosalpinx. Endometrial thickness less than 7mm on the day of starting progesterone gel.
