Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants willing to participate. Individuals Aged 18 to 40 years. Diagnosed with lower crossed syndrome(confirmed by screening)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of Neurological disorders affecting posture. History of recent injuries to the spine. Individuals with severe low back pain. Pregnant women population.
