Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male cricketers currently enrolled at the college level and actively participating in organized cricket training and competitions for at least the past 6 months. Participants between 18 to 25 years of age at the time of recruitment. Participants must be in good general health with no known vestibular, neurological, or visual impairments. Willingness to voluntarily participate in the study and provide written informed consent prior to participation. Participants should have a minimum of 3 training sessions per week, indicating regular engagement in cricket-related activities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence or history of any diagnosed vestibular disorders (e.g., vertigo,) or neurological conditions (e.g., epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, peripheral neuropathy). Uncorrected visual deficits or ocular pathologies that may interfere with visual stability or balance assessment. History of head injury or concussion within the past 6 months, as this could affect vestibular and postural function. Any musculoskeletal injury involving the lower limbs, spine, or balance-related structures within the previous 3 months that could alter postural control. Current use of medications that influence balance or central nervous system function, such as sedatives, anti-epileptics, or vestibular suppressants. Any systemic illness or condition (such as uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension) that could compromise safe participation in balance or vestibular training exercises
