Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 1 year to 18 years on invasive mechanical ventilation and hemodynamically stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital Heart Disease 2. Diabetic Ketoacidosis 3. Acute Kidney Injury 4. Known Chronic Disorders like Chronic Lung Disease and Chronic Kidney Disease 5. Raised Intra Cranial Pressure 6. Known Inborn error of metabolism 7. Severe Acute Malnutrition
