Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Geriatric patients (60-85years)with proximal femur fracture. ASAI/ASAII. Planned for surgery under central neuraxial block. Able to understand and respond to hindi language. With informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate in the study. ASAIII/IV. Cognitive impairment. Deranged coagulation profile. Pre-existing delirium. Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia. Chronic opioid use. Morbid obesity.
