Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18-60 years, ASA status of I and II, Undergoing infraumbilical surgeries under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients unable to sit in study position, any contraindication to spinal Anesthesia, BMI more than 30kg per meter square

To compare spinal needle placement success in knee-chest sitting position and traditional sitting position in patients undergoing infraumbilical surgeries under spinal anesthesiaTimepoint: 5 seconds after placing spinal needle and confirmation by free flow of cerebrospinal fluid
