Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mothers of children with autism aged 5 to 18years. 2. Mothers diagnosed with anxiety and depressive disorder (Mild and Moderate).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers of autistic children with physical disability. Mothers who are already undergoing psychiatric treatment elsewhere.
