Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants presenting with symptoms of cervical para spinal muscle spasm after confirming findings suggestive of the same. 2. Yogya for agnikarma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled HTN, DM 2. HIV positive participants 3. Pregnant women and Lactating mothers 4. Ayogya for agnikarma
