Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pateint undergoing lower Abdominal or lower limb surgeries under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 pateint with supine abnormalities 2 pateint with infection at puncture site 3 pateint with abnormalities 4 pateint with unable to assume any of the required position
