Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group 1: Young adults of both genders, aged 18- 25 years identified with Internet Use Disorder according to standardized internet addiction test, from Saveetha University campus. Group 2: Age and gender-matched healthy volunteers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Neurodegenerative disorders or traumatic brain injury, conditions that would prohibit safe participation in the interventions (eg, malignancy, cardiovascular disease), or would interfere with study assessments like patients on anti-diabetic medications, cortisol, severe hearing or visual impairment), Current use of medications known to affect cognitive function. Concurrent participation in other structured exercise programs
