Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males and females aged 60 years and above in rural and urban field practice areas who have been residing since preceding one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Males and females aged 60 and above who are critically ill, hospitalized, on ventilators, non-responsive will be excluded from study.
