Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have been sedentary or minimally active for at least six months prior to the study. 2. Participants between 18 and 35 years old. 3. BMI- grade -1(25-29.9 kg/m ) 4. Willingness to Participate 5. Subject must be pain free 6. Subjects must be healthy and completing PAR-Q

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of chronic illnesses such as metabolic disorders, hormonal disorders, orthopedic issues (e.g., severe joint problems), or cardiovascular diseases. 2.Currently using prescribed medications that may affect physical activity or health outcomes. 3.Participating in regular structured exercise programs or training.

a)Muscle strength by - Hand grip strength will be measured by Jamar Hand Dynamometer. b)Muscle endurance- Push up test , Sit up and squat tests. c)Cardiorespiratory endurance- 6 min walk Test 37 d)Flexibility Modified Sit and reach test e)Anthropometric measurements- BMI f)HRQoL -SF-36 Timepoint: 0 week and 12 weeks
