Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients will be taken between age of 20-65 year. 2. 50 Patients of Arsha will be taken from the OPD and IPD of State Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Lucknow. 3. Patients will be selected under the sign and symptoms as mentioned in Arsha (piles).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients will not be taken below the age of 20 year and above 65 years. 2. Patients who are suffering from HIV, Hepatitis -B, Tuberculosis, Portal hypertension, Diabetic mellitus and other congenital disease will be excluded. 3. Pregnancy induced Piles will be excluded therefore post pregnancy piles are not included in the study.
