Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of schizophrenia Consenting to take part in study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they have a history or current diagnosis of any of the following: 1. Chronic Neurodegenerative or neurological disorders leading to sequelae and/or causing behavioural or cognitive deficits, e.g., Alzheimer s disease, Parkinson s disease, Dementia, epilepsy or seizure disorders, multiple sclerosis, hepatic encephalopathy. 2. History of stroke or cerebrovascular accidents 3. Traumatic brain injury (TBI) with loss of consciousness or lasting cognitive effects 4. Uncontrolled medical conditions like diabetes mellitus 5. Substance use disorders (current or past) or dependance except Nicotine dependence syndrome.

| To assess the clinical features of Schizophrenia under all 6 domains; Positive symptoms, Negative symptoms, cognitive deficits, psychomotor symptoms, manic mood symptoms, depressive mood symptoms. To ascertain the clinical findings through appropriate rating scales in those domains and to compare the severity with ICD-11 guidelines. To chart longitudinal course of the illness based on information obtained from records and interview with follow up at 3 months.Timepoint: Cross sectional study | — |
