Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient receiving Paclitaxel-Carboplatin Willing adult patient giving written informed consent. Normal routine blood investigations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing to give written informed consent. Pregnant and Lactating females. Patient already on treatment with study drug.

Incidence and severity of Paclitaxel-induced hypersensitivity reactions graded by CTCAETimepoint: During paclitaxel infusion (from start to end) and up to 24 hours after infusion in the first chemotherapy cycle.
