Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with non-specific chronic neck pain. Patients in the age group 18-25 years. both male as well as female. Patients with pain in range of 5 to 7 on NPRS. Neck disability index score with moderate disability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post traumatic neck pain. Patient with smoking Patient with allergic asthma musculoskeletal conditions like spondylosis, Cervical radiculopathy, cervical scoliosis. Patients on medications Pregnancy and breastfeeding women. People who are doing gym
