Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of either gender between ages group 18 to 65 years Individual with BMI more than 25 kg per m square Patient is willing to participate in the study and give written informed consent Patient with or without type 2 DM

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having thyroid dysfunction Patients taking concurrent medications known to cause weight gain or weight loss Patient has a history of UTI and recurrent genitourinary infection Patient having renal and hepatic impairment Patient showing intolerance to tirzepatide Pregnant and Lactating women
