Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Medium pace bowlers 2. Bowlers who are playing cricket for minimum 2 years 3. Players who train for at least 4 days a week 4. BMI 5. Players with hamstring and calf tightness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bowlers having any recent musculoskeletal trauma to back and lower limb 2. Bowlers having any past history of neurological or vestibular involvement 3. Bowlers having any past surgical history 4. Bowlers who are not competing 5. Non cooperative athletes 6. Bowlers with deep vein thrombosis
