Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Immediate post -op ACL reconstructed patients 2. Age more than 18 to 40 years 3. Both gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic Hypertension (more than 160/100mmHg) 2. Lower limb tumors, fractures and surgeries (previous knee surgery in the same limb) 3.Infections in the operated leg 4.Injury to another Knee ligament or multi-ligament injury 5.Personal or Family history of bleeding disorder, deep venous thrombosis, peripheral artery disease , cerebrovascular disease 6.Cardiac demand- type pacemaker 7. Persons with active anticoagulant use 8.Inability to tolerate Blood Flow restriction (BFR) cuff
