Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Children of age 6-14 yrs with severe gagging during impression & radiographic procedures. 2 Children with Dickinson criteria score of 3-5 3 Children with GPI score of 3-5 4 Children with FIS of 3-5 5 Child with Frankl behavioral rating scale of positive and definitely positive are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Children with special care need will be excluded. 2 Children with systematic disease.
