Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 17 to 25 years. Currently enrolled in MM College of Nursing Mullana, Ambala, Haryana. Having own and regularly use a smartphone. Willing to participate and provide informed consent. available during the pretest, posttest and intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not own or use a smartphone regularly.
