Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with complete ACL rupture on the basis of clinical examination and MRI findings 2. Age 18 to 45 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Associate other grade 3 knee ligament injuries Grade 4 chondral injuries greater than one centimetre patients with associated meniscal injuries requiring meniscal repair Knee arthritic changes Fractures around the knee History of previous knee surgery Pre-existing knee deformities Partial ACL rupture Increased HbA1c Prolonged steroid intake
