Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I II 2.Elective FESS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Bradycardia less than 50 bpm 2.Cardiac blocks 3.Renal/hepatic impairment 4.Drug allergy

MeasureTime frame
Monitoring of intra operative MAPTimepoint: MAP and heart rate will be monitored at 5-minute intervals till the end of surgery. The time required to achieve the target MAP of 60 70 mmHg will be recorded, along with the duration for which the target MAP is successfully maintained using the study drug infusion.
