Intervention1: OS-TAP block: 50 patients will receive oblique subcostal TAP block with 15 ml of 0.2% Ropivacaine on each side under USG guidance.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-65 yrs, ASA I-III, Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Coagulopathy (INR more than 1.5), Infection at block site, Allergy to local anesthetics, Liver Failure [Child Pugh Class B or C or ALT/AST more than 3 times the upper limit of normal, or bilirubin more than 2 mg/dL], Chronic kidney disease stage 4 or 5 (eGFR less than 30 mL/min/1.73 m ) or patients on dialysis, History of abdominal surgery, opioid or alcohol use (may affect anatomy or opioid requirement) BMI of 35 or more, Pregnancy.
