Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergoing TURBT under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hypersensitivity to ketamine or ondansetron 2.ASA Grade IV 3.Alcohol or drug (narcotics) addiction 4.Requiring intraoperative blood transfusion 5.Surgery lasting more than 3 hours

Incidence of post operative shiveringTimepoint: Intraoperative temperature monitoring will be done Readings will be noted in post anaesthetic care unit at 20 minutes interval for three hours.
